Registration Terms and Conditions
Upon completion of your online registration, you will be sent a confirmation and receipt by email. For additional information regarding your registration please contact us by email on email@example.com
In the case of Government intervention or regulation, military activity, strikes or any other circumstances that may make it impossible or inadvisable for the Dioxin 2011 Symposium to take place as scheduled, the participants shall waive any claim for damages or compensation except the amount paid for registration after deduction of actual expenses incurred in connection with the symposium and there shall be no future liability on the part of either party.
All costs referred to are in EUR (€). All payments must be made in EUR (€). The online registration platform is a secured site. Major credit cards such as American Express, VISA and MasterCard are accepted. Payments by bank transfer are accepted until 1 August 2011 and have to be guaranteed by a valid credit card.
Payment must be received prior to the symposium. Delegates with outstanding payments will be asked for payment onsite or a proof of payment. If one of these cannot be supplied, the delegate will be refused permission to attend the symposium.
Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy
In the event of cancellation, written notification must be sent by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
The following cancellation fees will apply:
- Cancellations received on or before 15 June 2011: Full refund minus a EUR 50.00 administration fee
- Cancellations received after 15 June 2011: No refund
All refunds will be processed and issued no later than 30 days after the symposium.
For security reasons, all registrants will be issued a badge onsite which is required to be worn at all times during the symposium and at any organised functions. Badge swapping is strictly forbidden.
